5 layers for each tiers, 10 chiffon layers total
alternating lemon curd and ataulfo/champagne mango pieces in between
fondant decor on top: supported with toothpick, made few days in advance and let air dry
llama colorful decor: edible pen
green cacti shade: equal mix of green + yellow + brown + black
cream: ermine buttercream + mascarpone whipped cream
mascarpone whipped cream: whipped heavy cream, and then add cold mascarpone bit by bit. Different temperature will cause mascarpone cream to split
next time: do mango in between all layers, the lemon curd is strong
