Black Forest Cake

Notes:

  1. The chocolate bark need to be tempered to the right temperature. Tried the microwave hack and the chocolate is soft and too pliable

  2. Cake was domed when come out from the oven, need to find a way to make it bake flat (bake at 325 F?)

  3. Use wire cake slicer to cut cake layer evenly next time

  4. Next time for cherry filling, cut the cherry in half so it's not too thick of a cream. I only put cherry on the 1st and 3rd layers on the middle
