Black Sesame Totoro Cake

Notes:

1. 8 inch cake, added 2 tbsp black sesame powder when adding milk

2. filling: custard

3. heavy cream on the outside: stabilized heavy cream with clear piping gel

4. the grey heavy cream with a little bit of black food coloring was too liquidy and not stable enough

5. decor: melted almond bark (white and chocolate) on parchment paper, let harden
