1300 g, becomes 26 cookies, 50 g each

Chill dough, shaped to 50 g using 2 spoons, do not press / roll to make round, chill in the fridge again

Convection oven 375F, for 7-8 minutes until golden brown, do not overbake

Will try using high quality dark chocolate chips next time
