Notes:

  1. trust the process, it may look undone when coming out of the oven but WAIT until it is fully cooled. do NOT put it back in the oven. 25 min absolute max

  2. put chopped chocolate bar on top after pouring the batter

  3. use a springform pan so it can be taken out easily
