Cowboy Chocolate Chip Chiffon Cake



Modifications:

  1. Chocolate chip: for 8 inch, add 70 g mini chocolate chip (some on top after mixing), for 6 inch, add 35 g MINI chocolate chip. regular chocolate chip is too heavy and will sink down the bottom. coat chocolate chip with a little bit of flour before mixing it in.

  2. Structure: 3x8 inch chiffon cake for the first bottom tier, boba straw on each layer, large plastic dowel through the middle. 2x6 inch chiffon cake for the top tier.

  3. bottom tier is 22.5 cm tall, top is 15.5 cm tall

  4. ermine frosting x4 for filling, swiss meringue buttercream for the outside x4

  5. feed 90-110 people

  6. decor: fondant with mold, rope: ivory color

  7. transport: make sure the box does not more in ANY directions. Put frozen water bottle on the sides to make sure nothing slide. Once the big box is closed, one of the red plastic box goes to the front of it. drive slowly.
