The starter is enough to make 2 loaves
Doubled the dough recipe and make 2 at the same time
One mixed in kitchen aid mixer, one mixed in bread maker dough setting
It is easier to mix (blade on the bottom) and clean up to use the bread maker
Similar results texture and taste-wise
