  1. The original recipe is for 12 regular-size cupcakes. convert 8 to 24 mini cupcakes (1:3 ratio)

  2. Leftover lime curd and swiss meringue can be used to make mini key lime tart with graham cracker bottom

  3. Be careful when torching that fire does not touch the cupcake paper

  4. Used piping tips to make holes for lime curd
