Lemon Meringue Cookies

modifications:

  1. Did 58 g instead of 125 g per cookies, yield 26 cookies

  2. 180 deg C, 12.5 minutes

  3. Next time will not put all white chocolate chip into the dough and put the rest on top instead of adding more (too much white chocolate chips)

  4. Will lessen white chocolate chips (too sweet) and will add more meringue

  5. Used Trader Joe's meringue (leftover from cake last time) but it was harder to break apart

  6. Used 3 lemon zest, next time will use 4 (small-medium size), they used 2 big ones in the videos

  7. Should've cut butter into cubes the night before and refrigerate so it's very solid
