Tips:
1. Harvest mint leaves the day before, wash it and let it dry overnight. Do not put the mint leaves on until right before serving to keep it crispy. Be generous with sugar coating
2. Can add mint extract to enhance minty taste
3. Add more rum for the buttercream, it evaporates, do at least the whole 2 tbsp
