Recipe from ash_baber (Instagram)
Ingredients:
120 g butter
80 g sugar
80 g brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
230 g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
100 g candy canes
50 g white chocolate chips
Steps:
crush candy canes finely
melt butter, mix w both sugars and vanilla
add egg and mix
in a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda
add this to the other bowl
once a dough starts to form, add crushed candy canes and white chocolate
each one cookie 100 g, this recipe makes around 7 cookies
chill individual cookie dough in the fridge for 30 minutes
bake 190 c for 20 minutes
leave some room to spread
as they come out of the oven, use something round to reshape them again
leave 10-20 minutes before picking them up
