1. need to find an easier way to peel pistachio's brown skin.
I boiled and put it on ice, but then it became soggy so had to put it in dehydrator and then crushed it in food processor.
2. use MINI chocolate chips
3. made smaller cookies using small cookie scoop 1 oz, 350 F (325 convection oven) for 10 mins from the fridge
