Tiramisu Cupcakes



Comments:

  1. I used a different frosting recipe since it uses less powdered sugar

  2. It is best eaten right away since it needs to be stored in the fridge but then the fridge will make it dry

  3. Not sure how I feel about the espresso soak, I think next time I will try to make it into a chocolate-espresso ganache or cream and put a hole inside the cupcake

  4. Dusted cocoa powder on top, wait to do it right before serving
