Top texture: use a small off set spatula starting from the center going out while rotating the turntable

Use more ube extract on the cake for deeper ube flavor
Sprinkle should be put on right before serving / the morning off, the color seeps through
Decorate meringue, store in room temperature and assemble the morning of / before serving. If meringue is stored in the fridge, the drawing will become distorted and texture will be mushy
Whipped cream was too soft, a strawberry fell off the edge after a couple hours.
