Notes:

  1. Chiffon cake recipe + 1 tsp ube extract, using 8 inch aluminum non-stick round pan

  2. Filling: strawberry + vanilla bourbon cranberry sauce, a little acidity helps balance out the sweetness

  3. Stabilized whipped cream with corn starch: it is not smooth enough and too floppy to pipe into flowers

  4. Since it has strawberry fillings, it is only good in the fridge for 2 days, 3 days max
