Ube Chiffon Cake


Ube Chiffon cake from book Modern Asian Baking (with coconut milk)


Modification:

  1. Ube chiffon cake: instead of matcha powder, use ube extract

  2. buttercream: add 1 cup of whipped cream. If separates due to different temp, just keep whipping

  3. Made decor 2 days in advance to make sure it's dry and stable. Use water to attach bee wings
